Thanks to funding from Nadara Westfield Wind Farm Community Fund (Benarty), administered by Foundation Scotland, residents from the Benarty area can benefit from a free 6-week aimed at reducing stress and anxiety.

The course is delivered on 6 consecutive Thursday afternoons (2 pm - 4 pm) beginning on 29th January 2026 and is led by registered charity and mental health specialists, Fife Employment Access Trust.

Joining the tutor each week will be 2 Australian Labradoodles - both registered thera-pets - who help to ease the atmosphere and are on hand for cuddles as needed.

The course explores ways in which humans can learn from our 4-legged friends techniques to improve overall wellbeing and past participants have reported significant improvements in their lives after completing the sessions.
