Join Scott for a 30-minute class focused on Yoga Nidra, a guided restorative relaxation practice often referred to as "Yogic Sleep". This deeply relaxing practice requires no prior experience.
To enhance your comfort during the session, you may want to bring a blanket and a pillow or cushion. Spare mats are available if needed.
Please note that Yoga Nidra involves no movement; it is a static, floor-based practice.
