As the only Friskis branch in Scotland, Friskis Aberdeen brings this joyous, inclusive workout culture to the North East. Friskis Aberdeen is 21 this year and we are hosting a special weekend of FREE exercise classes starting at 7pm on Friday 25 September 2026 through to 9am on Sunday 27 September.
