Our reporters have covered a north-east police officer who avoided jail for domestic abuse, a convicted RAF Lossiemouth rapist who died in prison before sentencing, and a Moray man found guilty of sexually assaulting a sleeping woman in Aberdeen student halls.

Allan Booth, 36, threatened to “split” his ex-neighbour with an axe after parking in the man's designated space and finding his own vehicle blocked in.
