Tomas Bartynkas was found guilty of the attack last month at Peterhead Sheriff Court.

Shaun Stewart, also known as Paton, served six years behind bars over the death of Kemnay dad Dean Jamieson in 2006. 

Officers were joined by paramedics at the scene.
