From 8am to 4pm the towns yoga teachers will be offering taster classes as part of the Lang Toun Fest.

Kirkcaldy is very well served for yoga classes and different forms of yoga, if you've ever thought about giving it a try this is the perfect opportunity. There are classes for young children and families, a men-only class, a class for seniors and people with health issues, a class that focuses on dealing with stress and anxiety to name but a few.
