Our next fortnightly West African Drumming workshop will be this Saturday the 12th of September at the usual place of Newton of Falkland Village Hall, fife, Scotland. From 1 pm till 3 pm. £15 per person. Please message us or give us a phone to book your place.
Alternatively, We are available for hire or performance. if you have a group of people or an event and you would like us to bring a workshop or performance to you then please message us with the details. We can also provide one on one lessons in guitar, drum kit or African hand drums / Djembe. please message us.
Our tailor made drumming workshops bring people together in a unique way. Captivating and fun, they reduce stress and quickly break down barriers to have people working together and listening to each other. They clear the mind and make people better at decision making as it bonds them together making them understand that every part is as important as the rest and to work properly they must be synchronized.
During the workshop, we will teach a series of simple accessible rhythms which weave together and build to an impressive multi-layered soundscape. This provides a powerful long lasting experience. Converting the group into a drumming orchestra of synchronized rhythm.
